Wanhua Solid Waste Comprehensive Utilization Project
The solid waste comprehensive utilization project of Wanhua Chemical Group Co., Ltd. is located in Lingang Industrial Zone, Yantai Xigang District, Economic and Technological Development Zone, Yantai, which is the hazardous waste incineration treatment project of largest single processing capacity and the most advanced comprehensive emission level in China. The basic waste incineration of this project is up to 35,000t/y and the same scale processing line is reserved for the second phase. The processing flexibility of one single line is 30%~120%, that is, the solid waste and liquid waste treatment capacity of one single line can reach up to 42,000 t/y; in addition to the conventional hazardous waste, the project contains special hazardous waste, such as sludge with 80% water is 4,000 t / y, the waste activated carbon is 1,200 t / y and the semi-solid tar is 1,000 t / y. The production of superheated steam under the condition of 30bar, 300 °C is 31 t / h. Under the 9% oxygen content, the NOx emission is 40mg/Nm3, and the NOx emission is 33.33 mg/Nm3 when converted to 11% oxygen content.
